To effectively upgrade the subject teachers to face the syllabus change and accommodate the transformation under the NCERT Orientation and training for teacher enrichment workshop. The syllabus for standard 6th and 12th is undergoing change to adapt to NCERT syllabus. While most of the professional competitive exams are aligned towards the NCERT syllabus which has been adopted by Cbse Board as well as the board exam for Tamil Nadu also adapting to NCERT syllabus we find there is a requirement to bridge the gaps of what is being currently being thought from standard 6th to standard 12th to the NCERT syllabus that is being thought across India in Cbse schools. In order to meet this requirement, we intend to conduct workshops for teachers who would be facilitated to adapt to the change in the syllabus through subject matter experts with over 15-20 year's experience in Cbse and entrance exam coaching, and who are well aware of state board syllbus as well.
